Anyone Know Anything About This?

I saw this boat at Paynesville in the 5 knot zone over Christmas. Looks about 15 long, 6 cylinder engine with pipes over the side through a collector. Pity about the name "Urinator". Sorry about the quality of the photo but I took it with my phone.
