Still getting water in lake eppalock wild storms sat, over flowing the gutters, But sun, morning was nice, could hear some quick race boats practicing on smooth water 5 kms away.
Electical stoms burnt out computer when we lost power. Need to buy a new one and a surge protector . To day I will be repairing down pipe system instead of painting walls and getting ready for new carpet, not going to get any work on the boat done any time soon, thuoght quiting work would be easy and have time to get stuck into the boats and cars, boy was I wrong!!!!! Have had the shed completed now 18 months and not made any progress on any of my projects, I need the boat going before summer ends,

Hey Ross, on Saturday you told me the next decent rain wasn't until next Tuesday :P . I was going to give you a ring about it, but was too busy controlling the tide washing down past the house. As you say, gutters overflowing, but at least the computer survived.

Went up to Eppalock on Sunday for a quick look at about 1100, but didn't see or hear any big boats.

Ross,
keep at least one boat going, I thought I was going to need to use mine to get to the shops but didn't know how it would work as an ice breaker! I don't think I've ever seen it rain and hail so hard at the same time before, I still had pockets of ice the next day!
