Hi,
New to group and first powerboat project.

Picked this up a few months ago and hoping someone here could help identify builder. I think it’s late 1950’s and did have fins that have unfortunately been cut off. Anyone recognise? What motor would it have run originally?

Appears to be in reasonable shape for age but damage underneath that will need some panels replaced.

Missing shaft, prop, dog clutch etc. I’m hoping to fit a 8BA ford flathead so if anyone has any related parts I would be interested.

She certainly looks a tidy old boat. It's pretty clean on the inside. I gather the problem area is around the transom underneath going by the dark patch in the bum.
