Have started to re-engine Screwit but needed to use some machanical parts from the old eng ..Camshaft and crank dog and sump .
But all was going well until the last grubb screw in the crank hub .
After breaking a couple of hex keys l have to make a decision on removal. Looks like the woodruff key has sheared and it has rotated about 10 degree.
Will have to decide tomorrow what will be sacrificed.

Update - it is now removed.
Drilled up the nose of the crankshaft inline with the grubb screw and made a puller that used the 3 bolts that hold the dog teeth on.
And jacked it off the end of the crankshaft. Hub will have a clean up and be reusable and the grubb screw wound through and only a few marks from the grubb screw gouges on the crankshaft.
Crankshaft is still usable to .

Lockdown with covid and have not been out inside the shed.
Today l pulled the clutch apart ready for new seal. everything is in good condition. The yellow terra head was next .
Cleaned out the water jackets in the head and will pull all the valves and clean behind them as they look a bit suspicious.
Head has been sitting in an open heavy plastic bag for 8 or so years on its end on the floor since l reseated valves and cleaned it and baged. Dust and condensation needs to be cleaned.
I need to get a seal and welsh plugs as soon as lm free .
