Looks like a sailing boat with closed bow and slot in keel .
No place for bearers .

Probably for a Member of Glenmaggie Sailing Club. Bruce Walker built everything from Lakes Cruisers to Canoes when work was required.
Bruce in his Shop and a couple of examples of his craft.
