Front deck is all shaped and fitted. Not glued down yet - will get onto the rear cover boards & deck tomorrow.

Bloody hell....the Gippsland chapter is showing the rest of us up. Well done you blokes. The Geelong chapter have (had) all buggered off chasing the sun!

Working on the trailer today with my son Ross - he can weld & I can't. Added new bunks which line up with the engine bearers & then built a new 1940's era winch post. Aiming to get the guide poles and bow vee block on tomorrow... then carpet the bearers & paint through the coming week. Parts will be leaving the US on Monday & could be delivered to me Thur or Friday. Yah!

That's good progress on the trailer Bob, and very handy to have a good welder onsite.

Very good welder for a sparky! Aim is to set up new bearers & carpet, then paint this week so trailer will be100% completed.
