Winter projects

I have noticed the BB has been quiet for a while so i'll put my two cents worth in. Spent a good couple of hours replacing the screws that hold Ronda's comings on. Some had broken so a sister screw was put in next to the exsisting one. This has tightened the comings up heaps. Hoping to get some rust spots welded up on the trailer before Carol and i head to Tassie for 5 weeks for some much needed R&R. Back in time for Narrandera. cheers All

Electron is stalled at the moment as another distraction has worked it's way into the shed.
Still going hard for Narrandera though.
Meanwhile we wait for the water to rise over here.

Have been tied up this year with another project that keeps growing.
But 4 weeks ago l did get Screwit out and started it up after sitting in the back of the shed for over nearly 2 yrs.
It fired up straight up with some fuel in it .
Next item on the list is some adjustable stays for the cav on invader.
Little skiff has now got the webers on and it runs but haven't tested in the water yet .

Yes Ive managed to pull a couple of boats apart during winter, heart transplants for both. They wont be available this summer. Ive found a little one to play with till they are finished. Hopefully Scrubcat will be back together around Goolwa time.

Well, Pace Set'r is all repaired and back up the right way with all hardware installed. :D Just have to wait until the river water temp goes up 10 degrees or so before I will be trailing it. Its been freezing over this way lately.
Rascala went in the shed running so I am assuming it will come out the same way. I know assuming is dangerous.
The intention is to take them both up to my mates shack at Murbrko and disturb the local wildlife once things warm up and I have time between doctors appointments.

Another grey motor converted. Had to get tricky as I was running out of pipe. It'll do.
