Ratbag on the water

Postby screwit » 22 Nov 2015, 22:36

Took Ratbag for its first run on Glenmaggie this afternoon
Had a great hour on water and no boats to be seen and boat went well untill the grubb screw on steering pully came loose at high speed , but it stayed in a straight line untill l could put it back on the steering shaft and guide it back to the ramp
No hex keys with us so a pair of vicegrips did the job and got back out there.

Hey Ross

I have a Sandy Point 15 minutes from home, and that's exactly what it is - sandy at most points. No water!
