For everyone's interest, this was filmed on the last day of the Festival, boats afloat on display have already started to leave, hence the gaps around the wharf and the inflatable ribs on camera used to assist the larger vessels maneuvering and getting out of the marina safely.

I actually stumbled across the the footage on You Tube. I don't think Geoff knew it was up until only a few weeks back.
