Shepparton motor museum

Postby screwit » 27 Feb 2013, 18:46

I have been in contact with the Shepparton motor museum, and they are keen to have a display of classic boats on display.
They are looking at the mid year months , displays go for 3months at a time.
We need to let them know how many boats would be entered, so any one wanting to take advantage of free 3 month storage
let us know and we will put some thing together.
You can view the museum at

Hi Ross,

I'm picking up my little 1957 Seacraft outboard this Monday and could offer it . No outboard fitted yet but the hull presents well. Also could deliver the Rivercraft if it fits in with the display type OK. You can contact me on 0419 771772.

Cheers Scott

Ross great thing you have going with the motor museum, unfortunately I use my boat a couple of times a week and the kids would shoot me if I surrendered it to the museum! I could put AJAY in there though...... :P

Scott, drop Rivercraft off at my joint and I'll run it down to Shepparton later on in the year for you 8-)

I think we now have enough boat s for this display.about 10 boats, will have to wait and see how many they want to fitt in. I will ask about doing it again next year.
