Re: Melbourne boat show
Basically those inside who were paying heaps for a square inch, felt we were getting plum real estate for nothing..........Interesting concept seeing most patrons were looking forward to seeing us there. Ross, I think if Sydney is any guide, we will be asked to display next year. Don't worry I'll be...

Re: what next with the boat

I had alot of help over the journey and I endeavor to reciprocate the favors. You've got a couple of great...

Re: what next with the boat
You can gather I was epoxy/2pac poly orientated at first. Did Steinway seemed OK. Went down the same path with Scrubcat and for 4 years in the shed it looked sensational. Finished the boat in 2011 and by the time I got to Narrandera from my place in the sunlight, it had more blooms than a flower sho...

Re: what next with the boat
On the inside of the boat where there is sure to be oily residue in the timber I feel the varnish or oil based sealers are better. At least there is some compatibility.

Re: 2012 bridge to bridge
I'm with you Dave running Agressor at 50mph is a joke. I am glad I didn't bust my guts and Alans to get Scrubcat running suitably quick enough to enter the event. Hopefully when they see what entertainment value people got in the Goolwa event, next year they may be more accommodating. They probably ...
Re: Bolt:
Good luck with the op Doc! I still think I may have one is stock from an old crank. But my ballistic filing system as adopted in my shed, sometimes requires a little analytical input to archive a favorable outcome for all stakeholders......yep I can't find it cos I chucked it in a big box somewhere ...
