I like your no plastic boat policy ha ha. I just have a fetish for timber decks and this site is the finest for advice and knowledge. Only 38 and have no idea about pixel dpi things so I'm happy to plod along whatever the boat is. Thanks heaps all the same

I was given the wrong impellor for my Jabsco and it was so tight it couldnt be moved by hand.Had about 12 vanes compared to the one i swapped with had 5 or 6. Got the impression new pumps have smaller cams hence more vanes ???

Thanks Ricshaw Looks like the yellow one in ads below. No clear pictures of the back where it has curves below the deck.Finally worked out adding photos so that should make it easier to identify. Not happy about seeing that rearmount Camero 6,saw it a while back and Im going through 'want it' emotio...

Big sorry my map has different names for roads. Kirrang point road opposite token island and we're still heading around to picnic island/paddy island. Weather looks good so far.

My plan is to head around from the ramp to the beach at picnic island. Sheltered from most winds and the beach isn't to hard on hulls. The other option is to launch at Baden Powell rd right opposite from the shore. Requires 4wd though. I'm the person organising the day so let me know of any special ...

Thanks Guys really takes that hint of fear out trying something new. One last question which would have answered on here 100 times but one I'm good at stuffing up. The best way to line up screws through ply into frame without missing ?

Seems mine has deeper bow and different kick under deck at rear. Has id tags with sa and numbers on rear and under deck. Seller seemed sure it was sold new at Murray bridge when everingham were there and was a very early mould. Tried photos but doesn't want to load. Thanks Matt
