Re: DEBBIE TOO
Some interesting small Skiffs and Runabouts pictured: Bert Everinghams FLEA , Max Luhrs Winton built VIPER , Erwin Gribbs Everingham RHONDA TWO. Along with the Hydroplanes previously listed the cream of Australia's 155 ci Class were at this event. All Championship pics I believe as the Vic boats pic...

Re: DEBBIE TOO
The Hydro next to Black Knight is Assassin, the small Cabover on the right of the 155 line up I believe is Bruce Greys Taboo a copy of American "Doc Eastmans" record holding 50 ci Crosley powered Hull.

Re: DEBBIE TOO
Thats the Everingham in question , that pick would have been taken when the Australian Championships were held there. That Hull was a very close cousin to the Stephens family. The boats lining up were getting ready for the 155 ci Hydroplane race , Ian Harveys SNOOPY is in the middle . CHINOOK is on ...

Big name builders all had a standard design for the masses to buy , this ski boat type was built using the same frames for design. Some were even mad...

Re: Rhonda Babe II
Also note the Cav plate is rather small , won,t do much for trimming such a large hull. However this was typical of Lewis designs and the major reason not to use large diameter props with small gears.. Creates the issue of remaining as a fully original restoration or modified for a better ride. As i...

Re: Slant 6 manifold
I viewed hundreds of Ski and race boats during the 60s thru to the 80,s across 4 States and never saw this common conversion. Hope someone finds it and posts pictures it will be interesting to see what carbs were used on what must have been semi updraft manifold.
