I didn't come away unscathed either. After checking dissy drive and driven gears, camshaft end float, and cam timing, I finally found out we're my timing disappeared to. The map sensor has cacked itself and was stuck in a map axis that wasn't being used (base setting of 10 degree's). One big hit too...

Home today finally. Thank you to Ray and Ken for hosting this little get together. The weather tried to beat us but we finally had a win and got a run or two in. More importantly it was great to catch up with others again and enjoy some friendly banter whilst leaning over a boat or having drink late...

Engine work finished. Just need water time to sort mixtures and timing. Now working on taper sleeve and props to test run with.

Progressing there well Bob. I'm the same with saving everything for templates on the Seacraft, especially when you have breaks away from working on them. I can't rely on my memory anymore.

I'm leaving Wednesday morning and should be there about 1:30pm.
