Just picked up boat from Ron's in Sydney
Eight new planks fitted and deck cleaned up.
Triple carb manifold and carbys .
Starting to take shape

Hi guys,
After two days of rubbing the deck on rude its finally good enough to run on the weekend.thanks to Colin for his massive effort.
Clean boat and bolt exhaust on tomorrow.
Can't wait!

hi spook,
float level in carby stuck and petrol pissed out of the carby even when not running with ignision on.
looking at a few other boats manual pump is safer and does the the job.
putting RUDE back in the water on monday for another test run.

First run with rude was interesting found a few problems that I have fixed.carby over fueled.Had an electrical problem and dip stick fell out.Went from a electric pump back to a mechanical pump....now it runs well...hope to test her again on the weekend.Thanks to Dave for some electrical repairs and...

I hope to have hify and rude up and running.
Hify with triple carbs. I have been told it should go a little better!
The skiff is upside down painting hull at the moment.
Motor and gearbox ready.fuel tanks being made.
Heaps to do and running out of time.
