Hi Peter, We had the same problem with custom made fibreglass cabinets which had to be done again because the exhaust elbows were to wide. The jigsaw was always handy as soon in the photo for pulleys and alternator. The loss of skin on knuckles is worth it for the end result as you will have a story...

Damo, I think I will wait till you get yours done before I venture out to get mine fabricated. I wish now that I had spent the extra cash end had one made up in Adelaide when it was being restored. I still have'nt found the plans yet which is frustrating but it couldn't be to far away as I have seem...

Just wondering if anyone can suggest how is is the easiest way to have made a bow protection strip that runs down the leading edge to under the water line. The safety label is just a sticker which states the maximum number of adults allowed on board according to boat length. It's just to remind the skipper of boat capacity. Cheers chris

Prop
Just wondering if anyone out there has a 12" 3 blade prop with a pitch of 15. My shaft is a 1in12 and needs to be LH. I would just like to borrow one for prop testing. Cheers chris

Damo, I think most would use marine carpet. My hull does have a bit off carpet burn which has marked the paint but I think it is still the best option. I haven't forgotten the plans I just need to find the originals first. Cheers chris
