Side valve technology and low compression ratio Bob. I can't imagine it would have been all that fuel efficient. Are you going to keep it stock? It's a great boat.

Sixth coat today. Now for some dry off time and sand. Getting the hang of it and working out what I'm doing wrong.

I had the same problem Craig, putting enough clear on to get a wet coat without runs. Its a frustrating job thats for sure It's not runs for me Ray. Sand back and fourth coat today. A bit of experimenting with foam rollers. The overlaps are still giving me a little trouble in spots.
