re timber , when I started work as a joiner- cab-maker 7/8 was a standard finished size, the timber quality must have been better. It then went to 3/4 and now it is 16- 19 mm

dad had one, grey motor- about 15ft was second hand in 1960, was bought in stkilder, had timber frame trailer- named SUSIE-Q. reg BT73 . Had almost new studie 259 v8 installed in 64 , Bottral sad that it would be the limit when asked.
