Classic Australian Wooden Power Boat Association

Ok I've bought this boat so now I can play with all you adults at Narrandera. I may need some advice down the track which I'm sure I'll get. One thing right now though, the seller can't locate the Lewis I.D. tag anywhere, so how can I authenticate the boat? Any thoughts appreciated, cheers

I have obtained some high resolution photos from the owner of this boat. The hull is actually coated in fibreglass then like a gel coat over that. Thanks Ray, I have always had an interest in working with wood, spent a few years working on the west coast of Tassie so accumulated some bits and pieces of minor species :cry: timber (blackwood, myrtle, celery top pine, king billy pine) and thought it would be :( nice to put that timber into a boat...
