Re: CAROL LEE

Thanks Woody. A lot of my missing bits of it's history now being filled in. I wonder how long did Bob Carrol own it, and did he ever actually run it??

Re: CAROL LEE

Thanks for posting this. It is definately the only 20ft skiff ever built by Lewis. After talking to Ron Johnson, he confirmed that he and Frank built Carol Lee for Clem in 1970. As you all probably know, it is now named "Raider" after Ken Warby purchased it and shipped it to America. Ian D...

Re: Carol-Lee

Hi everyone, hopefully??? the CEO(wife), has been able to post some photos of Carol-Lee (Raider). Still a way to go, as i am rebuilding/restoring each and every mechanical component as i go. That way, hopefully, when she finally hits the water again everything will work as they should. Cheers.

Re: SKIFFO's first run

Paul, unfortunately when Ken Warby repainted the deck (Everingham red, black, and white pinstriping) they sanded a couple of places too deep and went through the top veneer. I am at a loss as to whether to spot repair these places, or to completely redeck it and clearcoat it as it should be. I don't k...
