Just for info Doc, Bill Laney passes away 12 months ago but his son has taken over the business and will cast a new one for me for $750, so thanks again for your suggestion all the best Chivs

Yep Bob cut 4 inches off the stern of Turbo Fire when restored so good observation mate if it was original it would be the same distance!!

Thanks for the discussion and points made. While I agree with everyone you may have missed my point! Turbo Fire and Torea are Lewis sister’s and have their props well away from the skeg possibly being a design oversight or unknown issue back in the day? I wonder if Electric Girl has the same issue D...
