Miss Playtoy

Built in 1922 by Mr A. Bruce on his dairy farm in country NSW

The 17' hull was constructed from beech and cedar

It was regularly raced at Taree early, but became the family runabout and taught three generations of the Bruce family to waterski

After a tip off, it was found under a shed that had collapsed around it on the property it was originally built on. The property's (new) owners were not aware that it was there.

Currently in storage and being kept in its current original condition, although a suitable engine is being sourced
