Ebony was built in 1961 by Bruce Walker in Heyfield in Victoria. It had been ordered by a Mr Granger of Traralgon |

At some time, the original side valve Dodge 6 cylinder was replaced by a 308.
In 1983, the boat was sold to a Mr A Rae of Bairnsdale. |

It was purchased by Ian Wagstaff in 2005, who restored the boat and installed the original triple carburettor Dodge sv with brass head, before offering it for sale again |
